What time should I aim to tumble into Wonderland?
The Queens of Hearts are currently planning a few things behind the scenes and will make a further announcement on your expected arrival time for those who are taking Friday off, otherwise, we would expect that you arrive Friday evening.
What b'day gifts do the Queens of Hearts desire?
Your presence is the only present we need to make this birthday weekend truly special! However, if you're feeling particularly generous, we'd be honored if you'd consider a donation to our chosen charities in lieu of gifts. These organisations are very close to our hearts, and your support would mean the world to us. PetRescue & WWF Australia
What can I expect to do in Wonderland?

What food will be available in Wonderland?
As there will be a few residents of Wonderland for the weekend (26 in total!), we would really appreciate your help with purchasing the ingredients, cooking and cleaning up the meal for the house. We have sorted you into groups for each meal for the weekend and will create WhatsApp groups for you all to plan and discuss. There is a team captain for each group who will be in charge of tracking expenses and communicating with Queen Jess on the final cost for the group. The food cost will be split evenly between all Wonderland visitors at the end of the weekend.
What snacks and drinks will be available in Wonderland?
We have a snack and soft drink group who is in charge of ensuring the Wonderland residents are spoilt for snacks and never parched. In terms of alcoholic drinks, the Queens of Hearts will bestow upon you with some basic beverages, but feel free to bring your own as well, if you so desire.
I requested a private room/a bunk bed, how do I know where I am sleeping and the cost involved?
We have contacted everyone who is taking a private room ($360 AUD pp for both nights). If we have not contacted you on this, you will be bunk bedding and the accommodation cost will be $240 pp for both nights. Please transfer Queen Jess when possible and message to confirm receipt of payment.
I signed up to compete in the cooking competition, what do I need to know?
Imagine... Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum in a cooking contest.
On Friday evening, in two teams of five, you will be tasked to create:
1) a pasta main (up to two pasta sauces, but must have a vegetarian option) and salad, and
2) an entree or dessert.
Each team will have $150 to spend to feed 13 people (which we will provide to you). Inspiration from Alice in Wonderland for the meal will receive bonus points from Darcey and Jess. The meal must be ready for consumption by 7:30-8pm on Friday and will be voted on by the house guests who are not competing in the contest. Winning team will receive a substantial amount of extra poker chips for Casino Night as well as some other special surprise treats!

Tweedle Dee-licious - Jackie, Rena, Char, Ricky, Minna
Tweedle Dum-plings - Kathy, Ng, Chad, Neena, Jess Q
The kitchen at the Airbnb is very well stocked with appliances and utensils including: 6 burner gas stoves, double oven, microwave, blender, pizza oven, bbq, pizza and baking trays, sandwich press, pots and plans, pizza cutter, tongs, wooden spoons etc.

Are there any considerations for Casino Night?
Get excited to prove your worth to the Queens of Hearts - only the most the courageous will be awarded. There will be a variety of classic casino games on offer, but no fear, we will deliver a crash course on the day.
We will also be requesting you to help host some of these games to ensure a smooth running of the night- stay tuned!
For the 10 of you that have requested us to prepare your $32 cash for the casino prize pool, please transfer either Darcey or Jess when possible and message us to confirm receipt of payment.
Everyone else participating- make sure to bring along exact cash, otherwise OFF WITH YOUR HEAD!
Is there a dress code for any part of the weekend?
For the Mad Hatters Tea Party, we would kindly request that you arrive in colourful clothing. Otherwise, we do not have any other dress-up requirements for the weekend.
Other special items to bring?
The Airbnb will have linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
If you would like to participate in yoga, please bring a yoga mat!
